Our certified trainers will help you develop the strength and conditioning you need to reach peak performance. We focus on improving your overall strength, power, and mobility while providing a supportive and motivating environment

Speed Camp

6PM - 7PM MONDAY & WEDNESDAY

Speed lab offers a comprehensive speed training program tailored to meet the needs of athletes ages 11-18. Our program consist of drills, exercises, and instruction to help athletes maximize their speed, power, and quickness. Maximum of 12 athletes in training group.

Speed Camp Pass

Our speed camp is designed to increase your speed in 90 days, In this camp we focus on proper running mechanics, explosiveness training, acceleration, maximum velocity and speed endurance.

Strength Camp Pass

$150.00/mo

Develop a strong base of strength to improve performance and reduce chance of injury. We focus on compound lifts, olympic lifts, Unilateral movements and improving flexibility.
