We strive to provide a nurturing environment where athletes can explore their passions, develop skills, and unlock their true potential. At Speed Academy, we empower athletes to new heights and define their limits to leave a lasting impact on the world.
It's hard when athletes miss the mark. Identifying what the missing link could be in game or practice can be difficult when an athlete under performs. This can overall affect their confidence or interest in the game itself.
The reason most athletes never hit their potential. Is due to their training program. Most athletes follow a skills program designed to help them with in game movements without developing overall athleticism. Asking them to simply "train harder" doesn't equate to identifying strengths and weakness and periodizing a program to help improve their weak areas.
You cant improve what you cant measure. The reason why some athletes are "Elite" compared to others is simply because they're more well rounded athletes with a comprehensive training program that tracks their progress and adapt to their improvements as they progress through the program.
